Annual Congregational Meeting 

The Annual Congregational meeting of the Hebron Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) is held on the fourth Sunday of January.  The agenda includes electing officers, approving the budget, accepting reports from various classes and small groups in the church and transacting any other business that may be brought before the body.  All members can vote.  Any interested person may attend. An annual report is published following the meeting.  

Special meetings may be called at any time by the chairman or vice chairman of the board or any five members of the board.  Due notice to the congregation must be given at least two weeks prior to the meeting.

Minutes from the January 24, 2021 meeting can be accessed below…to be approved at the January 23, 2021 meeting.  Minutes of previous annual meetings are included in the Annual Reports for that year.
